Care leavers support

We understand there are many challenges faced by care leavers entering education. That is why we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

 

How we can support you

 

We can provide help and advice on tuition fees, accommodation and the range of support available to help you once you start your course, such as bursaries and study skills.

 

To help us help you, please tick the box on your UCAS application form to notify us that you are a care leaver.

 

If you did not tick the box on your UCAS form or you would like more information, call us on 0300 456 0049.

 

Studying a degree with us?

If you're a care leaver aged under 25 and staring in September you can benefit from £1000 bursaries in each year of full-time study.


 

Max card

Max card provides looked-after children, friends and family with free or discounted access to some of the most exciting attrations across the UK.

 


  

 

Further information

 

Warwickshire College Group have a designated person for looked after children and those leaving care.

 

They are here to help or advise any applicant who has been looked after by their Local Authority, in foster or residential care.
