How to apply

We are really pleased you want to study with us! Below is a step by step guide to applying for the different types of course. We are always on hand to help you through the process if you have any questions.

full-time courses (Further Education)

Step 1 - Apply

Find the course using our course finder and call us on 0300 456 0049 to make a fast-track application before enrolment.  You can apply to more than one course to keep your options open.

For courses based at Evesham College or Malvern Hills College please visit to apply.

Step 2 - Fast-track Interview and Enrolment

When you call us we will arrange a convenient time for you to come to an informal interview during our enrolment period. You will be assessed on your suitability and be able to ask any questions that you have.

We aim to let you know straightaway whether you have been successful in gaining a place, so that we can enrol you on your course immediately. Therefore, it's important that you bring with you any relevant exam results, proof of identification, and any other information that you have been asked to bring along.

Step 3 - Start your course

Once you have enrolled and received your student ID card and lanyard, you are fully registered and ready to start college. Staff will notify you of your course start date when you enrol.

Exam results

If you are offered a place based on your predicted grades, and these are not what you expected, please contact us on 0300 456 0049. It may be possible for you to join your chosen course, or there may be another course more suitable for you.

This will register your interest – it does not secure you a place on the course.

Step 2 - Is it the right course for you?

The departmental staff will be in touch to confirm availability of places, and answer questions about the course content, ability level and help you decide whether it is right for you.

Step 3 - Enrol and pay fees

Part-time courses enrol throughout the year. Before starting the course, you need to pay any fees and complete an enrolment form. Once this is complete your place is secured.
