Facilities
The new Rugby centre offers fantastic facilities in all
main curriculum areas.
Facilities include:
- 150-seater multi-purpose hall
- 350 square metre library
- 1,000 square metres of engineering space
- 300 square metres of hair and beauty space
- 1,050 square metres of construction training facilities
- 850 square metres of catering training areas with restaurant
and bar
conferencing and business facilities
- performance and dance facilities
- purpose-built art, design and craft workshops
- outdoor, all-weather surface - can be divided into three
five-a-side pitches
- four-court sports hall suitable for basketball, five-a-side
football, badminton
- indoor hockey, changing facilities and multi-gym.
Facilities for all the community
As well as courses, additional facilities are available
for students and the local community:
- full-sized astroturf pitch for hockey and football
- sports hall for badminton (four court), football, volleyball,
basketball, hockey, netball and games
- gym with cardio, resistance machines and free weights
- nursery facility rated 'outstanding by Ofsted' catering for 54
children aged eight weeks to five years
- training restaurant and bar offering delicious, affordable food
to the public including lunches, table d’hote dinner and fine
dining
- conference facilities for seminars, wedding, fairs, product
launches
- banqueting for up to 150 and conferencing for up to 200
- coffee shop and refectory
- two hairdressing salons and two beauty salons offering a full
range of treatments.
