Refunds
Information on refunds of tuition fees.
Full refunds will only be made in the following
circumstances:
- the course is cancelled due to insufficient numbers
- student numbers drop to a level at which the college is unable
to continue running the course.
Withdrawing after the course has started
For courses lasting a full year, if a student withdraws within
three weeks of the course start date, a £10 admin
fee will be charged. Examination or material fees may also be
charged.
For courses lasting two or three terms, students are eligible
for a refund of half the tuition fee if they withdraw during the
first term. If they withdraw after 1 December, no refund will be
given and the full fee for the course is due.
There are no refunds for courses of one term or less or for non
funded courses.
