A levels: English, Psychology, Applied
ICT and Media
I had planned to study English at university
but after five or six Psychology classes, I realised how
interested I was in that subject. I got one A*
and three Bs - and now hope to study Psychology at the
University of Kent.
I have cerebral palsy and the college arranged for me to have
note-takers in class. They were a fantastic team, they
understood what I needed and we had an excellent working
relationship.
They enabled me to get on and achieve what I was capable of: it
was a massive weight off my shoulders and I could just worry about
normal things like getting my coursework done.
My confidence has grown enormously which has enabled me to deal
with any issues which come up.
