Off-campus

As an alternative to halls of residences, some students choose to live in off-campus accommodation, particularly with host families. Homestay accomodation is available in Leamington, Warwick, Rugby, Moreton Morrell and Pershore.

Homestay (Choose from catered or self-catered)

Living with a host family gives our students a good opportunity to experience the British ‘way of life’ and improve their english. You can choose to live with a host family who will either cook your evening meal and provide breakfast (usually self-service) or provide facilities for you to cook your own meals.

Cost

You can choose catered or self-catered homestays and all bills are included in the cost.

• Catered: £115 per week (half-board From Sept 2012)
• Self-catered: £85 per week (From Sept 2012)

Student Houses and Flats 

We have a list of privately-owned houses and flats for rent in the local areas of Leamington Spa, Warwick, Moreton Morrell and Pershore, which have been checked by the college. Any letting agreement made is between the landlord and the student - and does not involve the college. The cost can be vary between £60 and £110 per week.

These properties are only suitable for students studying 21 hours or more and over 18 years of age.
