Work based training
ILM Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management
Ideal for first line managers with a range of responsibilities,
including allocating work, achieving results, managing resources
and making decisions.
ILM Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management
Designed for middle managers with a wide span of control and
accountability for performance, particularly
those responsible for allocating resources.
Taught courses
ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management
An introduction to the basic skills, knowledge and understanding
required by today’s first line manager.
ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Management
A flexible qualification, suitable for all practising and
aspiring managers to develop general or career specific management
skills.
ILM Level 3 Award in Service Improvement
Enables participants to lead a small scale service improvement
process, using a selected lean production technique.
ILM Level 5 Certificate in Service Improvement
Equips participants with the skills to lead a service
improvement process at their workplace.
