Lean Organisational Management Technique
Courses take place at our Trident Centre in Warwick - starting at
09.30 and finishing at 16.30.
This course is designed for anyone who is interested in
improving the performance of their business, use resources
efficiently and reduce wastage.
It introduces delegates to a range of business improvement
techniques and how these can be used as a basis for improvement in
the workplace in non-manufacturing processes, such as an office or
service industry environment, to improve business performance by
eliminating waste and increase efficiency.
