Lean training
Improve value for your customers - optimising efficiency
and minimising waste.
The processes that organisations use
become inefficient and wasteful over time. Lean methodology
helps to identify and resolve these issues.
Our specialist advisers are trained to assess
where these problems exist and work with you to develop a
Lean solution.

Lean courses
Our lean courses are backed by years of experience in the Service,
Public and Manufacturing sectors, which means that our training has
a practical foundation.
Courses take place at the Trident Centre in Warwick where we
have exceptional conference and training facilities.
A one day course which gives senior managers an overview of lean
concepts and an appreciation of the tools and techniques.
A two day course which aims to give anyone who will be closely
involved in driving lean methodology within an organisation, an
understanding of the benefits of lean and the tools available to
their organisation.
A practical course which will introduce learners to business
improvement techniques and how these can be used as a basis for
improvement in the workplace. The course is assessed by
completion of a business improvement project.
A mainly work based qualification which aims to improve business
performance. NVQs in BIT at Levels 3 and 4 can also be achieved by
bolting on additional units of a more technical and specialist
nature to reflect individual job roles.
