Supporting you and your business
- We help you recruit suitable candidates for apprenticeships, we
support the programme, monitor the apprentice and provide help and
assistance where necessary.
- We begin with a planned and structured induction programme, to
help your new trainees settle into your company quickly by ensuring
they understand the business and their role within it.
- We provide a dedicated Account Manager to oversee the
qualification delivery and be the central cog of the
comunication chain between the employer, college and
apprentice.
- We provide appropriate off-the-job training sessions to support
skills the apprentice is developing at work, keeping you informed
about what they have covered during the sessions.
Getting an apprentice
The
Apprenticeship Vacancy Matching Service (AVMS) gives employers
the chance to advertise vacancies and match them with suitable
candidates.
