Short courses
An interest in food and drink preparation is all that is
required for our popular short food and drink courses.

Courses combine demonstrations and practical work, covering
meat, fish, poultry, vegetables and fruit.
Students work to their own level and develop skills through
practical application.
They supply their own ingredients and will learn to cook a range
of dishes, including starters, main courses and puddings.

Courses are taught to small classes, with a maximum of eight
participants.
