From fast food to gourmet banquets, the food industry is
one of the biggest and most diverse sectors in the
world.
A career in this area could take you across the globe, into
hotels and restaurants, into corporate or public sector catering
and beyond.
Based at the Rugby centre, we run professional catering
courses in partnership with Stratford-upon-Avon College.
Students will prepare and serve food and drink in our
purpose-build restaurant, Platform One, open to the public.
Courses aim to ensure that the hospitality sector has
exceptionally trained staff for the production of safe, high
quality and nutritious products.
Our courses prepare you for exciting and challenging positions
in the food industry, government departments, local health
authorities and educational institutions.
