Food safety
Our Food Safety courses are designed to meet food
industry training needs and can be modified to suit individual
business requirements.
Food safety is essential, and food handlers have legal
obligations to ensure that food consumed is safe. We offer training
at all levels, from hands-on caterers, to managers or senior staff
responsible for food hygiene in the workplace, and those involved
in staff training.
Training providers have identified a growing need to make
learning more relevant to specific business environments to make it
more effective.
Courses are offered at our Leamington, Rugby and Pershore
centres. We can deliver courses either at college or in your
workplace.
We offer food safety courses at all levels, for those learning
the basics, to those prgressing on to a BSc Hons in Food Safety and
Quality Assurance.
