Apprenticeships
Food and drink apprenticeships are a great way to earn
while you learn, preparing you for a career in the catering
industry.
An apprentice is an employee who earns a wage, working alongside
experienced staff to gain work skills.
Off the job, apprentices receive training towards nationally
recognised qualifications, usually at a local college. Anyone
living in England, over 16 and not in full-time education can
apply.
Pershore centre offers an Intermediate Apprenticeship and
an Advanced Apprenticeship in Food Manufacture.
Rugby centre offers an Intermediate
Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery and an Advanced
Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery Patisserie and
Confectionery, in partnership with Stratford College.
