The diplomas
We are working with local schools to deliver the
Diplomas.
These Diplomas are for students aged 14-19. They combine theory
with practical activities and work experience.
They will provide:
- the skills, knowledge and experience you need for college,
university or work
- the opportunity to learn in a creative and enjoyable way,
combining class work with hands-on experience
- essential knowledge and skills that employers and universities
look for
- opportunities to get work experience in industry
- flexibility and choice
- an opportunity to study a subject that interests you without
committing to a particular career
- a qualification valued by industry and universities.
The Diploma can be studied at Foundation, Higher and Advanced
Level.
Foundation – equivalent to 5 GCSEs at grades D
to G
Higher – equivalent to 7 GCSEs at grades A* to
C
Advanced – equivalent to 3.5 A Levels
