Warwickshire College is proud to partner with a selected
group of universities to deliver our extensive range of higher
education qualifications.
Birmingham
City University (BCU)
Warwickshire College has had a collaborative partnership with BCU
for the delivery of art & design provision for over 10
years. There are two collaborative courses delivered under
the partnership:
- Fine Art
- Visual Communications
These courses are delivered wholly at Warwickshire College and
are subject to BCU academic regulations.
Coventry University
Warwickshire College has worked in partnership with Coventry
University for over twenty years. Together we deliver a wide
range of courses in the following subject areas:
- Animal Science and Veterinary Nursing
- Business and Management
- Digital Film and Video
- Early Years
- Engineering
- Equine
- Hair, Beauty and Sport
- Social Care and Community Studies
The majority of these courses are delivered and managed by
Warwickshire College using Warwickshire College’s academic
regulations. The awards and validated by Coventry University
so successful students receive their degree certificates from the
University.
University of Gloucestershire
The University of Gloucestershire (UoG) is our newest partner –
commencing in 2011/12. Currently, the College delivers a
small number business courses in collaboration with UoG:
- Business and Management
- Business, Strategy and Management
These courses are delivered and managed by Warwickshire College
using the University’s academic regulations. Successful
students receive their degree certificates from the University.
University of Worcester
The University of Worcester has a long standing relationship with
Pershore College which was been maintained through the merger with
Warwickshire College. The Worcester-Pershore partnership
delivers courses in:
- Horticulture
- Animal Welfare and Veterinary Nursing
- Food Safety
- The College also delivers a Foundation degree in Counselling in
collaboration with University of Worcester, delivered at our
Leamington Centre.
These courses operate under the University’s academic
regulations and quality assurance procedures. Students are
taught by Warwickshire College and receive their award certificates
from the University.
University of Warwick
Warwickshire College has worked with the University of Warwick for
many years on a range of partnership and collaborative
projects. The College’s Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong
Learning Sector has delivered in partnership with the University
since February 2008.
