History
Warwickshire College started life in 1996 when
Mid-WarwickshireCollege in Leamington and the Moreton Morrell
Centre merged.
The college merged with RugbyCollege in 2003, and soon after
built the Trident Centre, Warwick, specialising in engineering and
motorsport, with state-of-the-art workshops and laboratories for
students and employers.
The college merged with a Henley-in-Arden, developing
specialisms in sport, fashion, textiles and hair and beauty,
then in August 2007 a further merger took place, with
Pershore College, Centre of Horticultural Excellence, in
Worcestershire, spreading Warwickshire College across the two
counties.
