Customer services
Our customers are important to us, and we want to provide
them with the best possible service.
To make sure we achieve this, the college has adopted customer
standards that set out the level of service you can expect from us.

Our standards are monitored to ensure they are being met.
- In all circumstances customers will be
treated in a courteous manner
- In normal circumstances customer requests
will be dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Telephones will be answered within six
rings
- Customers waiting for service will be
acknowledged and wait no longer than three minutes before being
attended to. If this is not possible an explanation will be
given
- Letters should be acknowledged within three
working days. A full response, where required, should be sent
within ten working days. If we are unable to resolve the issue
within ten days, customers will be notified of progress.
- All enquiries will receive an initial
response within three working days.
