Bottling service
Pershore College runs a a specialist contract drinks
bottling service for the West Midlands cider industry, apple juice,
wine and soft drinks industries.

Our bottling service can be used for a wide range of soft and
alcoholic drinks, including fruit juices and cordials, cider, perry
and wine:
- Soil Association approved organic processor
- specialists in new product development
- food grade facility available to hire
Filtering
For an attractive product, the college can filter out particles
to 0.2 micron using a Memcor filter.
This is an ideal process for producers wanting a bright, clear
cider or perry.
Carbonation
Using a counter-pressure bottler, drinks can be carbonated to
give an extra sparkle.
Suitable for cider or apple juice, this process can add an extra
dimension to drinks.
